Hi, sometimes the chat does not work in the game lobby after players have loaded but before the game starts. The problem has been around for three months.

Hey Jakub27blue, thanks for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention.

Just to be sure that we're on the same page - you're referring to chat (written) rather than voice-chat, am I correct? Also, based on the information you've provided, it won't be working in lobby however as soon as you're in the game, it will be there, is that correct?

If it is indeed, taking into consideration that issue only occurs occasionally, did you notice any consistencies that may help us to narrow down the potential cause for it, such as whether issue occurs in a particular game mode? The more information you can provide us, the better .

Hey Jakub27blue!

Following our team's response, we had difficulties with reproducing this and text chat seemed to have been available in every single game mode, therefore would you be able to try verifying your game files and once you do so, see if problem persists.

Thanks for confirming that. Can you try running the game after a clean boot and ensure that Ubisoft Connect is running as administrator and see if the issue persists still?
