Hello,

Lately I have noticed that my renown for ranked matches is not being counted correctly once I leave the game via "Leave to menu" button, skipping the leaderboards. I have contacted contacted Player Support, they have asked me for a screenshot showing total renown and basically redirected me here, stating that "If there are any updates, they will be posted on forums", refusing to answer my further questions, only informing about the escalation of my issue. This leads me to believe I wont see my missing few thousands renown as well as any update in this matter.

Did any of you have the same issue? Have you managed to "recover" lost renown? Is PS known to manually add renown in such cases? I'd be glad to finally get some answers for that.

@olivenius Hey there, welcome to Discussions! I'm sorry to hear about this situation, and I apologize for not responding to you sooner.

First of all, I'd like to make sure I fully understand the issue and how it's affecting you. Can you confirm that your renown isn't updating after restarting the game or waiting 10-15 minutes? Does the issue occur every time you leave a ranked match this way, or only after having played a few matches in the same day?

Hello @Olivenius thanks for getting back to us.

I am sorry to hear you believe you have lost some renown after a delay in updating and also leaving the game via the 'leave to menu' option.

Your case was escalated to our Siege team who have since reopened an investigation into this issue of missing renown. I am unable to say if any missing renown will be added back to your game.

If we find this is a widespread issue, we will make a post about this in our forums. If we need to reach back out to you or ask any follow-up questions, we will contact you again via email or this thread.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused since the 29th of March when you reported this issue as affecting you from then onwards.
