I have two emails one connected to my xbox account and one connected to my PC. My PC email is also connected to my new xbox account which I do not use but still own R6 on. My cross progression is linked with this new xbox account and every time I attempted to link my old xbox account to my PC account it tells me I must "Re-associate" the account and provides no further detail. I just want to get my old skins from playing siege in beta and early years from my old xbox account to my PC account. Is that to much to ask?

Hey @ThesaIonians526! Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your accounts.

To change the link of a console account, you will have to contact our Support Website or our social media channels. We are not able to process this change through the forums. Apologies!

@Gohavoc Thank you for chiming in and offering your input! Ubisoft accounts are actually free but the over-arching issue with the cross-progression sync has been reported and our teams are working on fixing it for us. Once we heard back from them, we will be sure to announce any new information that we receive.

@ThesaIonians526 To be safe, I would avoid further unlinking/re-associating of your accounts unless specifically instructed to do so through support case. Once an agent has reviewed your support case, they will be able to investigate thoroughly and then follow up with you directly🔥
