Hello for some reason when I am playing ur game my Gpu goes up to 100% and stays their even in the menu .None of my other games even come close to this so I am wondering if there are some settings that I need to change or something because it makes the game unplayable. I am using a Gtx1080ti with 64 gigs of ram if that is useful at all. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi guys,

Thank you for reporting this to us.

What Graphical settings are you using? Does it make a difference if you lower them?

TopTtip, what GPU are you using?

Thank you

Thanks for getting in contact. As it appears you have unearthed a rather old post, could you just confirm that you are experiencing issues with your GPU while playing Uno.?

If this is the case could you confirm whether you have been able to complete any of the troubleshooting steps previously provided.?

On my desktop however 9900K, 16gb ram, 1080Ti i got 90-100% usage. So i thought that old windows is the problem. After OS clean reinstal, bios+driver up to date, also latest win 10 2400 build, the problem still persists. This is just laughable in 2020. Guys can you please look at this? With the uplay in backround the games are unplayable. Also forgot to mention that on desktop GPU and CPU is cooled with All in one solutions, temps are arround the 50-60s under load. So overheating or throttling is not the issue (yes i done benchmarks). Steam, Origin, Rockstars launcher, Epic store, Blizzard launcher none of these have the problem, only Uplay. Regards.
Hey there.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Can I ask you to try launching the game after a clean boot to see if this helps at all? If it doesn't we'd then like to request your system reports from you to investigate this further. To submit those to us you'll need to a support case. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. The reports we need from you are:

Thanks.
