Hi I purchased Rainbow Six Siege back in 27 Jan 2020 and recently downloaded it, I've received my year one operators, but have not received my year two operators. Is this a bug or error that's affecting me or is it simply a purchase delay? The edition I bought was the deluxe edition. It also seems it is quite a common problem amongst other users and still no solution to this problem. The operators I am missing from Year 2 are Mira, Jackal, Ela, Zofia, Ying, Lesion, Dokkaebi and Vigil.
