If you did not receive notifications in Twitch regarding your drops that you're missing, I am afraid that regrettably we will not be able to assist you further. To add, we're also unable to see any viewing time on 21st on February.

Are the missing packs all from your February viewing time?

If so, can you please contact us directly via our Support Site or you can also reach us on Facebook and Twitter with a screenshot of your Twitch / Ubisoft Drops showing the amount due, so we can take a closer look?
