I was banned when i was offline for cheating when i have never participated in any cheating on Rainbow. my stats even prove i haven't ever cheated. i have made a ticket but have read that ubisoft support is slow at looking at them so i am here is the only way to contact them through a ticket?

Hello PlasmicPigeon1. I'm terribly sorry to hear about the sanction that has been placed on your account in Rainbow Six Siege. The only way to submit an official ban appeal is through support.ubi.com. Can you please let me know your case number? I'd be glad to ensure it has been placed with the correct department. Thank you!

Welcome to the forums. I am afraid support does not have the ability to remove temporary bans. You will need to wait for the ban to be over before being able to play again.
