Hey Ubisoft, I took some time off and didn't log in to R6 and steam for about half a year. When I got back my accounts were hacked. I was able to recover it but I was banned permanently in R6.

I've submitted a case and it says the status is "Escalated", however, it's been about two months now and I'm still banned. I've been replied initially that Ubisoft support will submit a ban appeal on my behalf, but since then nothing's changed.

@yahwei Hey there, I am very sorry to hear it's taking a while to get back to you regarding your ban appeal. Our teams are busy working with each case that comes in, and we unfortunately do not have a current ETA as to when your case will be updated. I assure you that once there is an update, our teams will reach back out to you.

Regrettably, we are not able to share any further details with you concerning your ban in order to maintain the integrity of our internal systems.  After our investigation, we are unable to lift this ban for you.
