Hello, today I tried to play ranked and was confronted with the message i had been permanently banned for toxic behavior. I know you are supposed to get banned three times before a permanent ban and I had only had the 30 minute ban previously. I have had my account since Wind Bastion and met a person who has saved my life to be honest so I hold this game very close to me. I have been toxic before, but only when somebody else is being very toxic to me for no apparent reason. Rarely do I have such a bad night that I take it out on others in a video game. I am very upset about this, and on top of it, when I look up how to appeal, its just a bunch of forums from 2017 with broken links and I have absolutely no idea how to contact customer support. Thank you for your time and hopefully solutions, as I am very frustrated at the moment.

We can't discuss bans with you on the forum but you can reach customer support to discuss this on a few channels. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. No that's fine thanks. Contacting through Twitter or Facebook will just result in a 2nd ticket being created, so as long as you have 1 now, that will get looked into.
