Hi!
I've already contacted Ubi Support on Twitter, I'm waiting for the response about more than a week now...

I'll list things that I already tried and the error isn't fixed yet:
-> Talked to my ISP and now I have Open NAT;
-> Port Forwarding (Virtual Servers);
-> R6 troubleshooting guide;
-> Talked to Xbox Live support but they said to reach out Ubi Support...;
-> Unlinking my account from everything and set up just for R6;
-> Cleaning Xbox Cache (and Blu-ray settings);
-> Reseting modem and router;
-> DMZ and UPnP (UPnP is on by default, I tried to set off~~on but nothing has changed);
-> Already have Xbox Static IP for the Port Forwarding;
-> My ISP already have the Xbox Live Ports open to avoid this type of problem;

Everything works fine besides Siege, I'm able to play normally games like COD MW and Rogue Company, the only game that showed this type of error is Watch Dogs 1, I downloaded yesterday and I can't join the game server and because of this I can't enjoy uplay or online events in-game. The weird thing is that I can play Siege on PC without any type of problem, this error is Xbox only in my situation, I tried to reset my Xbox to factory mode but didn't help at all.

The error happens 1 minute after starting any queue, the message pop up on my screen and it's it, I haven't played a single match after changing my ISP, like I said, we already tried almost the impossible to fix this but nothing has worked yet.

Hello everyone.

Welcome to the forum CesarSkywalkerS, hopefully this thread may provide some solution for you.

In the meantime, I checked your case number over yHanzoo, please do not worry your case is in the right hands, the Escalation team. Because of this it can sometimes take longer than the typical 48 hours to respond, so thank you for your patience.

Just to add, while I looked at your case, have you tried creating another Xbox account and launching Siege? As long as it is on the same console you should be able to share content. A similar situation happened with Hyperscape recently with players from Brazil and NA, so I am wondering if this may be a workaround for you?

Are you able to tell us what ISP you are with and what the model of your router is please? I am asking as we recently had trouble with Comcast Xfinity connecting to our games.

Hey yHanzoo, not a problem, I just like to see these sort of problems get resolved for players so I need to gather as much information from everyone affected.

Can I ask as well as the 6-0x00001000 error code, do you ever get the 3-0x0001000B?

This issue seems to be happening mainly to Xbox players from your region so far. Hopefully we can keep you updated as soon as we get more info from the team investigating.
