First and foremost, taken into account that this is a technical issue, for troubleshooting purposes, if you haven't already, try completing steps outlined in the following article, and see if it helps.

Should issue persist, may I check the following:

1. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?
2. Since when did this start to happen?
3. Does issue occur in each and every single Ranked Game?
4. Did you check with any of your teammates to see if either of them are having this issue too?
5. Do you possibly happen to have screenshot showing invisible bans?
