I've linked my account from xbox to ubisoft but didnt receive the items that i had. The account was linked to another ubisoft account, but here in this article - https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/game/rainbow-six/siege/news-updates/5VKFbvEGOggfkM9nQ8pC6i/crossplatform-synchronization - the ubisoft says: "If you want to link a platform to a different Ubisoft account, you will need to contact us" im contacting right now to get it, what I have to do?
