Hey all,
So as the title suggests I keep getting stuck at the splash screen when launching the game. I've tried launching from steam, ubi connect, and the directory, all in "run as administrator" and with that off. I've updated all my drivers, and done all the windows updates, and reinstalled both stream and Ubi Connect twice to the same drive the game is installed on. I've also lowered settings through geforce experience, verified install files on steam, reinstalled the game, and unlinked my steam account from Ubi connect (I'm desperate and it was working before i linked them lol). I'm on a laptop with 16gb of ram, a 1070, and an I7 with a 120Hz monitor if that helps, I've been playing this on PC for like three years so im not sure if its an issue with the update or what but any help is greatly appreciated.
