Hello OreoMcFlurryUwU, thanks for getting back to us on this.

We had believed this issue was resolved previously after the SI Charms were released recently, but obviously this has not been the case. I have read up on your case details and can see you have tried the troubleshooting advised for PS5 with no luck. I have forwarded your details onto our team and I have reopened the investigation. I will keep my eyes peeled for more players with the same issue. If you happen to see any more reports of this on the forums or anywhere else please post in this thread and I can pass this information on too to our QA team, thanks again for the help Oreo, we will try our best to keep you updated when we hear something back.

Thanks for the follow up Whiff_Cream, I have just checked your case over and can see you tried some troubleshooting for your platform with no luck. I will add your name to our investigation and link this thread after merging it with Oreos thread so we can keep this information together. I hope we can update you soon when we have more information to share on this.

Can I also ask, when you see the unlock fail message, do you lose that Alpha Pack altogether from your inventory?

We understand how frustrating it is being unable to purchase in-game items as normal and the team are working on it, however I'm afraid we don't have any further news available to share with you at this time

When we do have an update or news, we will of course update the Forums with this
