Someone, please help me I've had this problem for over a year now and still can't find a fix. I have tried doing the disable cloud save, start the game, exit game and enable it again and that method but still nothing. I just want to play the game without being messed up on this account because I get random picked in a ranked match and my operator doesn't have the right attachments. Please someone help I've had this for too long.

Hey there.

Did you delete the files as well as disabling and enabling cloud saves? Please follow the instructions here if you haven't already done so. Aside from workaround please know that this issue is known to the development team and is under investigation.

Thanks for getting back to us, sorry for the delay!

Have you attempted verifying the game files at any point?

It may also be worth resetting the gamesettings file, you should be able to locate this in My Documents > My Games > Rainbow Six: Siege > [Uplay ID] > gamesettings.ini.

Delete this file and then reboot the game, please let us know if there's any changes after trying these steps
