I hopped on R6 for a second time today and my audio was super bass boosted. Like "ear rape" levels of loud. My headset is working and my files are validated so I have no clue what's happening. Anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix it?
Hi Death_Eatr! Thanks for reaching out with this issue. I'd like to look into this more with you! Is the audio being incredibly loud when you load into the main menu? Or when you load into a match? If you're in a match, do you notice this happening on a specific operator, or with specific effects?
Well the obvious fix is to just turn the volume down. Had the volume slider on the PC changed at all? Is it louder than it should be even when the volume slider is set to very low?
And it's happening every time you launch the game now?
