[2020] whole team lagged out, banned and lost mmr.

Past few days my whole team have been getting kicked out of ranked games losing mmr and getting banned. Its not just me because every one in my party gets it as well but we all have good internet. I'm now up to a 2 hour ban and have lost loads of mmr. I am in the Europe data centre and im on xbox.
