Hello there! Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear about this disconnection you've encountered. I'm curious to know if you've ever encountered a disconnect such as this? You mentioned you were kicked mid match but also mentioned there being a match which was cancelled - could you clarify if you played in two different matches around this time?

I meant that after i got disconnected from the match and i didn't see a way to reconnect then i just thought that maybe they needed to shut the servers down for the maintenance and i was thinking that the match where i got kicked from just got canceled, but instead i received an 1h suspension for abandoning the match a little bit after. There was maintenance on the 25th if this was when you were disconnected, if it was after this point we're not aware of any server issues so this sounds like it might have been a general connection error.

Unfortunately we're not able to remove or adjust temporary sanctions after they're implemented as they're implemented server side, however if you are being regularly disconnected from games without warning please let us know. Hopefully this was a one off occurrence but if this was not the case please let us know.
