Its happened to me a second time last time was golden gun event. now I have to go through and reset up all my ops again as they are all default cosmetics and loadputs. 50 operators is quite the task and I am too scared to do it and then play sugar fright again in case it does it again. Lastime it happened it almost took an hour to redo them all. Any easy fix so I dont have to go through that again?

Hey there Doofenator! I'm sorry to hear this has happened! Our teams are investigating why this is occurring, however, we have a workaround that should help for the time being. Please check out our forum post for steps to resolve this issue. Please note that even if you are not receiving the "failed to load player profile" message, it follows the same behavior of resetting all of your loadouts.

As this is on console there is limited further troubleshooting that can be done. If you can set things back up and see if it happens again. It would be best to only do it for a few operators incase it does happen again.
