Please know that these penalties are issued server-side by an automated system and cannot be overturned, I'm afraid. To take a closer look into what might be the issue, I want to confirm if you are receiving an error message when kicked from matches, or if you are met with the Desktop screen whenever this has happened? If the game crashes entirely to your Desktop screen, I would first clear any other background applications you have open that might be interfering with Rainbow Six Siege. Then, from the error view in your system files, please try Emptying the Cache of Ubisoft Connect to see any changes with this behavior. Let us know if this helps or if there are no changes after trying this out.
