I've been getting kicked from games for no reason. I was recently kicked from a Ranked match and got suspended for 2 hours. I tried restarting my game and unplugging my ethernet, but nothing worked.

If so, may we please know what error code(s) you receive when being disconnected / attempting to reconnect?

Hey there @Small-Up , thanks for reaching out about this. I understand you've faced disconnects from matches with this 4-0xFFF0BE25 error code, leading to sanctions - sorry about that! I'll be happy to help you solve it. Can you answer the questions below for me?

  • What game types are you playing when you face these disconnects?
  • At what point in the matches do the disconnects happen?
  • Which country are you in, and who is your ISP? This is important, as we've had a few examples in the past of issues on specific ISPs.
  • Can you be specific about which steps you've tried from the connectivity guide? In particular from the guide, please make sure you're running the launcher and game with administrator rights, you've reset your network hardware, you're on a wired connection, and you've checked for conflicting programs such as firewalls, VPNs, or downloader programs anywhere on your network.
