Would you be able to clarify since when did you notice it started happening? Also, are you running the game on Vulkan or DX API? Finally, do you recall whether there has been any changes to your system or anything in between the period since when you've had 200+ FPS and then it dropped, that could have had an effect on this?

In the meantime, if you haven't already, give the following steps a go and see whether that helps to improve the in-game performance.

I have completed all troubleshooting step except reinstalling Windows with no change. I ran the benchmark twice with no change, here are the results.

Game is on all Ultra, I have reduced to a combination of Highs and Mediums with very little variation (maybe 3 frames avg)

I think for this we may need to get a look at your system files, in particular your Dxdiag and Msinfo.

Would it be possible to attach them to a new case so we can take a look?
