[2020] Uplay Is not Showing Recently Purchased Games.

Hi, I just recently bought Rainbow Six Siege on Uplay. You all have already charged me through PayPal. My Uplay library is not even showing that i have purchase the game. But when i go to my orders it shows it there that i have purchased. What is the reason behind Uplay not showing my Purchased Games?

I have contacted the Xsolla Support, they replied ASAP & Confirmed that i have made the purchase.

Sorry to hear that this happened. So we can look into this in more detail would it be possible to send us your order number in a new case? We can use this to see what has happened

Not a problem. Thanks for getting back to us HotPotatoPot.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for any games bought to appear in the Uplay game launcher.
