So i just level up my battle pass (Y5S3 Operation Shadow legacy) to tier 13 and i did not get my alpha pack from it. (i claimed it at about 23:33)

Hi ThatcherIsPrice, can you confirm if you still have not received your Alpha Pack?

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours before these will appear in your game as a reward. Restarting and relaunching the game can also help.
