hello i have serious problem lately my ping get high randomly in game knowing that my data center is always 45ms and bellow, but in game sometimes the ping get high 213ms for no reason affecting my gameplay i contacted the support they told me to open a port forwading and put some values it didnt work and the problem is still going on, otherwise every other game i play my ping is fine and stable, this only happems in siege, this might be a reasson to leave the game for good, because its a shame a company such ubisoft cant fix a small issue that make many people leave the game.

I'm sorry you're running into these issues with ping and that your previous troubleshooting didn't help.

Is the high ping happening more often on any specific maps or modes or after any particular actions? I did also notice that your case hadn't been updated with the forwarded ports. We'd like to have you attach those images of the forwarded ports so that our teams can work towards resolving this with you.
