[2020] Griefing MMR Return

Me and my friend were playing ranked until 2 guys came and killed us and through the whole game they kept killing us (until RFF) and destroying gagets, breaking walls so enimies could see us and just making it nearly impossible to win (This happened in 2 different ranked games with 2 different guys each time) Both of us reported all of them for griefing. So I was wondering if there is anyway for us to get back 150 to 200 MMR back or if there is already a system to give it back becuase I know it isn't alot but with how much gets taken away to how much gets given back that's about 3 games. I know it would be hard to give back it to everyone who's been griefed just if they got banned perm or temp if you got that MMR back just like cheaters. Thanks
