During some games your audio will cut out completely then the game client will crash a few seconds after. I've found this to happen most often on the map Kanal for some reason.
This has been a problem before but it has since then returned. I'm playing on the Xbox One X Enhanced version of the game.

This doesn't seem to be device specific but I am using a Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 with uncompressed stereo audio.
