With the video being so short and only being able to see a small part of the claymore, it's difficult to say. The laser on a claymore is quite short so it may have been placed just enough for your foot to touch it.

I'm not familiar with the alt-tab shooting issue; I've tried looking into it however I've not been able to learn anything. I have some questions -

- How long have you been facing this issue?
- Have you binded either alt or tab to shoot? If so, try unbinding them if you don't use them and that should stop it

I don't get teammates that are good enough to be called cheating and most of them are just ****, to be honest. Regarding the MMR Rollback facility, this can be triggered after anyone in the game was sanctioned, they don't necessarily have to have been on your team. As for disputing these rollbacks, they're handled by an automated system that Ubisoft Support can neither influence or reverse. We also cannot adjust any players MMR or Ranks. You can read more details on the MMR Rollback system and how it works here.

The above also applies to games where you believe you're encountering boosting / throwing players. You're more than welcome to report these players in-game or via a Support ticket. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, the MMR Rollback system may be brought into effect, but we are unable to disclose the outcome of these reports.

As for the alt-tabbing, we've been unable to reproduce it - could you please try verifying your game files if you haven't done so already and let us know if there are any changes?
