There has been some degradation with the Online services which you can see information on here. This is likely the cause of this issue.

I've tried locking the reward again for you and you should see the points back. Can you try unlocking them again now please and let me know if that sorted it?

EDIT - This is actually likely due to the transition from Ubisoft Club to Ubisoft Connect and is only temporary until the 27th October when the transition should be complete. But as I have already locked the reward on your account before realising this, you may need to contact us again after the 27th if you still haven't been able to get it back.
