The last few months I've noticed my headshots isnt registering most of the time. As a result my headshot rate has dropped drastically as well as my k/d as I'm going for headshots most of the time. I've also noticed a massive delay when I'm getting peeked. I have reviewed multiple replays where I'm getting peeked and the enemy player is not showing up on my side AT ALL.

But anyways, can anyone explain the following video to me...

Notice how I was aimed down sights (my first shot was probably shot slightly too fast) and my bullet hitting and killing one of my team mates. Also notice at the same time my team mate is dropping that the same bullet also hits the top of the pillar.......???

I really enjoyed this game, but my time of enjoying this game is slowly coming to an end and just annoying the crap outta me because of bullets not registering on enemy player's heads, enemies tanking half an LMG mag, not being able to see enemies peeking me, etc.

I would really appreciate some tips/ help with this issue

I have watched the video footage you've provided and can confirm that this has now been forwarded to our game team for further review.

Just to double-check, did you notice any inconsistencies with the connection to the game servers, or are you getting relatively stable ping?

As for the issue, this is an on-going topic that we're looking into, so we appreciate your communication and apologies for any inconvenience this is causing in the meantime.

I never really experienced issues with ping. I mostly have a stable ping of 9. I have been experiencing longer loading times when I'm loading into the menu and joining parties though. But never really had ping related issues.

If ever you find you have this happen again I would also suggest trying the steps in this support article to ensure the best possible connection
