A couple days ago I won a ranked match 4-1 and I didn't receive any MMR for winning the game, so I restarted the game and xbox to try and resolve the situation, but that didn't work. So then I recorded the last 5 minutes to see if I could see anything strange. It turns out the game was trying to synchronise data and I left without realising and I've tried contacting customer support and they haven't helped. So Im posting this to try and get my MMR back if needed I can provide the video to show I won the game

Hello Jackbrown2930, thanks for getting in touch with us and welcome to the forums.

Please note with any queries to do with MMR no Ubisoft agent has the ability to add or remove MMR on your account, we do not have any tool to do this, this is solely controlled by the game.

This was under investigation by the team and was reported as resolved a few days ago. Has this happened to you in the last 3 days and if so do you have the exact time and date of the match please as well as timezone?

Placements are just to determine your initial rank.

Once you have completed these matches you will be assigned your MMR / Rank where visual fluctuations will follow each match.

I have checked your account and can see MMR tracking as it should.
