I started playing Siege a while ago on my ps4 and in march 2020 I started playing Siege on PC (bought Coins/ Battle Pass/Skins/...) so I was Wondering if I could merge both accounts in to a big one. I'm thankful for every helpful answer!

Rainbow Six Siege currently supports cross-play and cross-progression between different consoles in the same family, and between PC and Stadia. So unfortunately, at this time, merging your accounts is not something we are able to do.
Ubisoft is expecting to implement cross-play between Xbox and PlayStation, and cross-progression between all platforms sometime in early next year!
However, this means that I do not have further details at this time about how exactly cross-progression between PC and console will work.
When there is news to announce, it will be posted on the Rainbow Six Siege Facebook, Twitter, and right here in the Discussion boards.
