[2023] I don't even know how to describe this

So, me and some of my friends were going to reinstall Siege to give it another whirl since its been a while. But for some reason it has the icon on my Ubisoft account, but whenever I try to download it, it redirects me to the Steam page to purchase it again. And, bizarrely enough, it says on my account that I have playtime, but it doesn't have any of my stats at all. I even looked at other games on my account and all of them work perfectly fine, with my old stats and all. So, I am frankly clueless on how in the hell I'm supposed to even attempt to fix it.

Thanks for reaching out.

As you originally posted to Rainbow Six: Extraction, I've gone ahead and moved your post to the Rainbow Six: Siege forums.

It sounds like you own a Ubisoft and Steam copy of the game on one Ubisoft account though.

There should be more than one tile for the game in your library, do you see this at all?

Hey @MildlyAmusedKit! Thanks for getting back to us.

Could you please check if the other tile is in the hidden section of your games by any chance? You can find that here. There may be a chance that the Ubisoft Connect version of the game is simply hidden away in the library.
