Hi, i bought the deluxe edition of Rainbow Six Siege today from the Uplay Store and it did not appear in my game library, i even have the transaction number and confirmation that the payment went through. Please help!

I'm afraid I cannot see any recent transactions on your account, having had a quick look just now, so this is why your case needs to be investigated by a specialist team I'm afraid.

That said, having checked your open support case, I did see a screenshot of your order confirmation attached but not a proof of payment from your payment provider. Could you please upload an uncropped image of this to your case so that we can check the payment has been successful?
