[2021] Alpha Packs not working?

So I finally won a multiplayer casual game and I rolled an alpha pack with 31% or something around that.
I roll the alpha pack, win one and then switch over to the bonus tab to view how much renown I got.
In the lobby i try to open my new alpha pack but I don't have one and my chance reset to 2% as if I received one.
Basically I lost an alpha pack and don't know if I will keep losing them...

Hey guys,

I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue. Simply restarting the game should enable you to see your Alpha Packs!

In future, please consider creating your own thread if a more current one isn't available rather than necroing older ones, just as this helps us keep things focused and not relating to older issues

As for the issue at hand, could you please let us know more on what you're encountering when trying to open packs?

Do you receive a specific error message or code?

Does restarting your PC or game resolve this?
