My support case 17482143 almost a month now and still no respond, is it always this slow and can't even live chat in my region, i try everything don't even know what to do anymore. Buying this game for holiday and now feeling like getting scam. Can anyone help me with this or i just have to wait til next year ?

As you already have a support case open, all that I can recommend is that you await a response from the specialist who currently has your case under review. I apologize for the long delay, the holiday season always causes a large spike in case volume that can take us some time to work through.

I am going to move this thread over to the Rainbow Six Siege forums for now, but you should expect a response on your case directly, as we are not able to help with purchasing issues or refund requests through public channels like the forums.
