after contacting one of your agents and sending Dxdiag and msinfo, still game crashes after starting as operator. the funny thing is the answer i i got form you was that my windows and system things are quite problematic.
my answe is NO! i play ton of games with no such thing such as crashes, freeze and etc. the only game i really got to contact its tech support was R6S cuz of its issues.
when these things happens, its your fault and have to fix it due some updates, not US!
also had to remind you that we paid for the game and expect a proper ANSWER for fixing.
