I LOSE POINTS FOR WINNING A GAME. THIS GAME HAS BECOME A JOKE IN ITS YEAR 5. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN. WHY CANT YOU GUYS MAKE A PLAYABLE GAME. I HAVE SPENT MONEY AND MY TIME ON THIS GAME AND ITS A JOKE. FIRST I WAS ONLY GETTING 30 MMR FROM THE START OF THE SEASON AND NOW I AM LOSING POINTS FOR WINNING GAMES. AND I AM SURE YOU GUYS WILL COME UP WITH A LAME EXCUSE SAYING MMR IS NOT BROKEN. WHEN ACTUALLY IT IS BROKEN. I DONT KNOW HOW BUT I WANT MY MMR BACK. ALL THAT I HAVE LOSTDUE TO STUPID GLITCHES.

Hello! I appreciate this is not a nice issues to face and it is incredibly frustrating, but please bear with me and I'm sure we can figure it out.

The amount of MMR gained & lost has now changed as of Operation Shadow Legacy. This is intentional, and you can find an explanation at the bottom of our list of changes: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/game/r...s/shadowlegacy


Regarding the MMR loss for a match that you won, this is strictly a visual issue. I have reviewed your account and I can see your MMR moved from 3004 to 3037, which is an increase of 33.

Apologies for the confusion! We will look into why you experienced this visual issue.
