Good evening,

I bought a new gaming pc, a Victus by HP 16-e0020nl Gaming Notebook with 144 Hz Screen - NVIDIA® GeForce RTX ™ 3060, and I can't access any online match as the following error is reported: [2-0x00019008 ] [a91bb9e4cce1776a]. Obviously I don't have any files inside my computer to cheat within the game and I don't currently have an antivirus running in addition to the windows defender of windows 11. As I inquired around in the various ubisoft support channels, I noticed that several people report the same problem recently but it is not yet understood how to overcome it.
