Is there any other way to purchase the skins present in the new SKUs of the game without re-purchasing the entire game again (since I already own Y1-5)?
Are you possibly referring to disruptor pack? If you are indeed, I can understand that this is a concern for many, however I'm afraid that at this moment in time, we do not have any further information on this and whether it will be available to be purchased separately.
