Hello Ubisoft,

I am having connection issues with Ubisoft servers for weeks now. I am level 145, I didn't have this problem before since Season 2.

I keep getting these errors:

6-0x00001002
3-0x0001000B
0-0x00000312

and others which are similar to Server Connection Error.

What should I do?

- I have already tried disabling Windows or/and Modem firewall.
- I have already forwarded Uplay and Game ports which I found on the forums.
- I never have my NAT Strict.
- I verified the game multiple times.
- I restarted my modem several times.

This is probably not an issue on my end as I didn't change anything before this happend.

What should I do here?

Hey, sorry to hear you've having connectivity issues.

I have checked your support case and can see you are on the PS4 platform, is that correct?

Just a heads up in future please try to create a new thread if there's no recent threads on the same issue you're experiencing.

The first thing I would suggest is to attempt every step suggested here. If the issue persists after doing so please let us know.
