Since reverse friendly fire was introduced people almost never get banned for teamkilling anymore. Do you guys even track cumulative teamkills because if you dont that just means someone can get away with one teamkill per game.

These incidents are indeed tracked and if you encounter players exploiting this and repeatedly abusing the feature to teamkill, we encourage you to report them in game for us to investigate, thank you!
