I have been getting a blue screen when launching the game for the past 2-3 weeks now, I have reset my computer/reinstalled windows 3-4 times now and feel like I have done just about every troubleshooting attempt I can find, but to no avail. I ran WinDBG to read the bsod dump file and it states that the issue is with BeDaisy . sys (obv without spaces) which is a file or driver for battleye. I have reached out to both battleye and ubisoft. Ubisoft support told me to clean boot my pc and try again to figure out if a specific program was messing with r6 but I tried that and it didn't work. And I have heard that battleye support is horrible and I probably should not expect a response within the next few months. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas as to how to fix this as I am starting to feel like this is hopeless, thanks.

Hello @chai_ sorry to hear you ate experiencing a blue screen on launch.

Did you move any of your files around to another location when this happened?

Do you also have a case number for when you contacted us I can check, as so far I can only find unrelated cases about a different game on your account?

Hey @chai_ ,

Thanks for that!

Could you please confirm which drive you have the game installed on?

As I can see you have a large but external hard drive, we'd suggest installing titles on an internal drive if possible.

@chai_ Understood.

And have you monitored your system's GPU / CPU usage around these crashes as well as the temperature prior to the crash?

Furthermore, would it be possible to please get some current system files, as the ones on file we have are now 2 weeks old.

You can create a new case, or re-open your previous case to upload these.

Thank you!
