Hey everyone!

So I recently bought R6 for my XBOX One and have unfortunately been unable to connect to a match... like at all.

My Data Center is Japan West (41ms) and Ive tried connecting to a game at various points throughout this last weekend, with all the results being the same - an endless queue. I was wondering if anyone has run into this issue as well, and if there are any ways to fix it. I have no issues playing other games such as BF5 which makes my situation even more confusing - at least to me.

Please let me know if any further info is needed because Id really like to get playing! Thanks in advance!

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

Just to double-check that I understand this correctly - by saying endless queue, do you mean that whenever you're searching for online match, you never managed to connect? Also, do you happen to receive any error messages at all?
