Hi, Ubisoft workers I woke up to a ban on Friday saying i was cheating and I'm really confused and thought it was a joke and after about 30 mins of restarting I realized that maybe I was actually banned and its permanently i emailed you guys but I'd like some live support and most the time it wont even let me load or create a support case I've never cheated in my life and would do anything to prove I'm not I just want my account unbanned and be able to play the game again i waited all Friday trying to make a case but normally it wont even load the website for me so if anyone can help me please do.
this is my only option to seek out any help I'm not able to create a case it always tells me error so I'm here on the forums to get any advice or help on how to get myself unbanned because I'm not cheating and its a permanent ban. Countless money and hours I've spent on this game its just frustrating and sad to see my account go i wouldn't mind so much if i was able to make a case because there is no proof I'm cheating nothing has ever been on my system related to cheats unless someone hacked my account and has been cheating on it other that that I'm clean.
