I'm sorry to hear that you had problems accessing the game and thank you for the screenshot - it's very helpful! Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing this? Have you purchased your game on Steam or elsewhere?

Please make sure to check that you are logged in to the correct Ubisoft account - if you have more than one, I'd advise to try them all. The game will only successfully launch on the account that was logged in during the first launch. Let us know how it goes! 😊

I suspect something is interfering with your connection here. Please perform a ‘Selective Startup’ which ensures nothing other than the essential services are running on your PC:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load Startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Launch as normal, and see if the issue persists
