[2020] Got an Invalid ban in rainbow six siege

Hello there , in 1 Aug I got an invalid banned for cheating while I didn't cheat or used any third party programs. I tried to contact ubisoft support and they escalated my case,
my question is how much time it take to respond when they escalate a case?

Hey Franki! I don't really have a way of knowing what's going on from my side of things, unfortunately. Have you tried reaching back out to support to see what's going on?
