Hi. I ve been talking to ubi support via twitter for the last two weeks, and they didnt solve the issue. I provide them the transaction history and everything but they refuse to add me the credits i have paid for.I really need an answer because I dont wanna lose my 20 euros.

From looking at your case history notes, I can see that you have been told the reason your credits aren't received is because you have a different region PSN account to the region of the game you have. Digital content including credits won't appear in game unless they both match. If you buy the game digitally on the same account you bought the credits on, you'll then see the credits in game. Otherwise you will need to source a disc that matches the region of your PSN account that bought them.

We can only suggest contact Sony to refund the purchase if you don't want to buy the game digitally or source another disc.
