What happend if i purchase deluxe edition of rainbow when i have already standard. I recive only skins or it will reset my lvl on deluxe acount? Or what happen?

All items & progression will always be linked to your account, so you won't ever lose anything.
When purchasing a higher edition, you will receive any content from that edition that you don't already have.
The Deluxe Edition includes the game (which you own) + Y1 and Y2 operators. If you don't already own those operators, you will see them in-game.
