I was playing ranked and some reason the second i load into a ranked I get kicked saying connection failed and didn't let me join back, I find this very disappointing as I'm trying to get plat when this happens and i loss my elo I was wonder if I can get my elo back. This also happen on my Smurf right after I got banned on my main

I'm afraid we can't add elo to accounts. Are you having an issue every game getting disconnected or was it just this one where it happened?
